Once you've purchased or already own a domain, go to your site settings and click "Connect Domain." We'll ask you to choose between two options:

• •Change your nameservers to Landingsite (easiest option) – Our AI can help make DNS changes for you automatically
• •Keep your own DNS – You'll manually update DNS records with your domain provider (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)

We'll show you exactly which records to add based on your choice.

If you're changing your nameservers to Landingsite, our AI can manage your DNS records for you automatically – no manual setup needed!

If you prefer to keep your own DNS, you'll need to add either:

• •A Record: Points to our server IP address (we'll provide this)
• •CNAME Record: Points to our hosting (we'll provide this too)

We'll give you step-by-step instructions in your dashboard when you connect your domain.

DNS changes take 24-48 hours to propagate across the internet. If you just updated your DNS records, give it some time. You can check the status in your dashboard.

If it's been longer than 48 hours, email us at support@landingsite.ai and we'll take a look.

This usually happens when your email provider (like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) uses certain DNS records. Don't worry – you can have both!

If you're using Landingsite nameservers, just ask our AI to add your email provider's DNS records and we'll set them up for you. If you're managing your own DNS, email us at support@landingsite.ai with your domain name and email provider, and we'll help you set it up correctly.

Once you're happy with your site and you're on a paid plan (Basic or Pro), click the "Publish" button in your dashboard. You'll need to add a custom domain first before you can publish. Free plans can create and edit sites but cannot publish.

We automatically provision SSL certificates for all published sites. This takes 24-48 hours after your DNS is set up correctly. Once it's ready, your site will show the secure padlock icon in browsers.

Just chat with our AI! Tell it what you want to change, like "Make the headline blue" or "Add a testimonials section." It'll update your site for you. No coding needed.

Absolutely! You can edit and republish your website as many times as you need. Make changes through the AI chat, preview them, and when you're ready, hit "Publish" again to update your live site. There's no limit to how many times you can update your website.

Just ask the AI! Say something like "Add a new page called Services" or "Remove the blog page." The AI will take care of it.

Yes! Just ask our AI to make the changes for you. For example, say "Change the headline text" or "Update the contact form to say 'Get in Touch'." The AI will instantly update your content. You no longer need to edit HTML or CSS yourself — our AI handles all the changes for you.

You can purchase additional AI chat credits as a one-time purchase if you run out. We'll let you know in your dashboard when you're running low.

Go to your account settings and click "Change Plan." You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Yes! You can save money by paying annually:

• •Basic Plan: $120/year (save $60)
• •Pro Plan: $240/year (save $120)

Go to Account Settings → Billing and click "Update Payment Method." Enter your new card details and save.

Check that your card info is correct and has sufficient funds. Update your payment method in Account Settings → Billing. If you continue having issues, email us at support@landingsite.ai.

We're sad to see you go! Go to Account Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription." Your site will remain published until the end of your current billing period, then it'll be unpublished.

You can always come back anytime – your site data stays in your account.

Go to Account Settings → Profile and update your email address. You'll need to verify the new email before the change takes effect.

Check your spam folder first! Form submissions sometimes get filtered as spam. If they're not there, make sure:

• •Your form is set up correctly in your site settings
• •The email address is correct
• •You've published your site (forms don't work on unpublished sites)

Still not working? Email us at support@landingsite.ai with your site URL.

Just fill it out yourself on your published site and submit it. You should receive the submission at the email address you set up. Remember to check spam!

Our AI can help you integrate almost anything! Here's how:

• •Analytics: Ask our AI to add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracking scripts to your pages
• •Email Service: Sign up for any email provider (like Google Workspace or Zoho Mail) and our AI will help set up the DNS records automatically
• •Embeds: Copy and paste any embed code (YouTube videos, forms, calendars, maps, etc.) into the AI chat and it'll add them to your page

Just tell the AI what you want to integrate or paste the embed code, and it'll take care of the setup for you!

Our AI builds responsive sites by default, but sometimes specific content can cause issues. Email us at support@landingsite.ai with your site URL and describe what's not looking right. We'll help you fix it.

Yes, you own your domain. If you purchased it through us, you can transfer it to another registrar anytime. Email support@landingsite.ai and we'll provide you with the transfer authorization code.
